Cat Eye base is a base with a cat eye effect. The product contains small metal particles that react to the action of a magnet, moving in the not yet polymerized coating layer, which provide a design with a magical glare.

These bases have a medium consistency and are self-leveling. They do not require a dark substrate, as they have an optimal color density.
